Static Cooking Equipment

In the field of static cooking equipment, we offer solutions with a size of 300 to 1,000 liters, which can be heated with steam or hot water. Possible variants include, for example, cylindrical, standing, or prismatic.

In case of a prismatic variation, the cooking vessel is heated indirectly with high-pressure steam. The floor as well as the vertical walls are double-walled and statically designed for a positive operating pressure of 2.0 bar maximum. Furthermore, the bottom of the cooking vessel is slightly edged and provided with a round-edged drain. Through this overall slope, the process is optimized.

In the front and lateral areas, the cooking container is encased by inserted stainless steel panels for radiation heat. This prevents burns of the operators on the hot vessel wall. The coolant inlet can be finely and roughly controlled via turn valves.
