A·S·T·A eismann – your expert in special equipments for the food processing sector. Our engineers and technicians will heed your requests and develop innovative solutions for cheese making, dairy, fruit processing and special equipments. A·S·T·A eismann GmbH supplies products ranging from cheese vats, multipurpose vats, soft cheese vats, cheese presses and drain plates, “quarkmaker” (curd cheese maker, further development of “Schulenburg” method) – up to a 5000 l capacity – butter and cream processors, filling and dosing pumps, to complete small-scale cheese making plants according to EU standards. In the field of milk pasteurization, we design flow pasteurizers for high milk volumes or batch pasteurizers for low milk volumes. In the field of fruit processing, we offer multiple boilers and vessels for boiling, preparing and storing different fruit products. The cleaning of devices, vessels, and tubes can be optimized with different CIP-Systems, which we also manufacture and develop. In addition, we provide solutions for the processing of tofu and other soybean products.
