Eng. Josef Eismann establishes A·S·T·A eismann GmbH, a company devoted to the design and maintenance of facilities and equipment for the food processing industry. It was his passion for these products that motivated him. |

Eng. Reinhold Helmig joins the company to help meet an increasing number of orders.

The first business premises are leased in Beckum-Vellern, allowing thus to run tests on company ground.

In the same year, appropriate business grounds are found in Neubeckum.

The company moves to its current offices and production facilities in Mark I Nr. 16 in Neubeckum.

The untimely death of Mr. Josef Eismann abruptly puts an end to a phase in the company’s life. Thereafter, the whole team manages to overcome this loss with extraordinary commitment and will.

Eng. Jürgen Starp joins A S T A eismann GmbH as design engineer.

The production facility is finally expanded, amounting to double the initial space.

The first apprentice is hired for production. This constitutes another step towards securing the future.
